    Updated static snmpd to v5.1.1

    Fixed an error in /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf

    Split into three packages:
    netsnmp-server: dynamically linked server (snmpd) and config
    netsnmp-client: dynamically linked client apps
    netsnmp-static: statically linked, minimal - snmpd and snmpd.conf only

    NOTE: Intermixing dynamic and static packages would be a waste of space.
          Use dynamic OR static.  i.e. Don't use netsnmp-static and
          netsnmp-client together.

    Removed some libraries from ipkg that were not necessary
    Changed /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf default from paranoid to public RO

    Built using OpenWRT versions:
       buildroot-20040509.tar.bz2
       buildroot-openwrt-20040509.tar.bz2

    Put makefile in buildroot/make and run "make netsnmp" from buildroot.
    You might also find "make netsnmp-dirclean" useful to start the netsnmp
    build over with a fresh start.

    Hand built ipkg by grabbing selected binaries from the build
