Yes I know. It has happened to me before, but when it comes to XHTML 1.0 Transitional, Strict etc or even XHTML 1.1 which are validated, Mozilla does not seem to have a problem. It is weird I know. You might want to check this link out, about the reasons why 'Quirks Mode' is being trigerred in Mozil...

I wouldn't yet use apt-get on SuSE Linux 9.0. AFAIK, it is still very early to do so. Thankfully, SuSE 9.0, which I have installed as well, handles dependencies much better than in any previous versions. However, I am tempted to use it as well when the whole project matures :)

Indeed, there is a problem with one of the meta tags in phpBB2. I have phpBB 2.0.6 installed on promote-opensource.org/forums/ and each time I visit the forums, Mozilla goes into 'Quirks' mode. So does Dillo, but it has an uglier way of displaying it :D If you right-click on the browser window in Mo...

Hello people!!! Long time no see! :D I'm so glad to see that Void's forums are picking up and let me get straight to Calum's question. I recently bought an HP Photosmart 120. It's needless to say that it works almost perfectly with SuSE Linux 8.2 which I've been using for some time now. And I say al...

Well, that's what I got when I did an rpm -e some_mozilla_package honest. More specifically, it read something like "This package is needed by Evolution" or something. Of course that could be true in my case only (weird ha?) unless I didn't read the message correctly and I uninstalled Evolution lol ...

Hey Ice-9, I had the same problems when I was running RH 8.0 until I came across this thread. Look for the answer in the second post from the end, but make sure first that you uninstall Evolution to resolve any dependency issues. That's what I did and later re-installed it from the RH CD.

Thanks for bringing this one back on the surface Calum. To tell you the truth, I had forgotten completely about that and I was also under the impression that the EU had adopted a more positive stance on this issue.

I guess it's time for me to contact my MEP as well.
