Yea it loads everything (on a black screen) and then gets to a login in... I enter the root password and then it looks like the terminal.... Nothing like the Fedora installs from before. Here is what I downloaded. Install Media x86_64 - Install DVD http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/...

What is the boot deal with media DVD...?

Okay so I just installed Fedora 8 with the media DVD and now I am booting into a comand line, how can I get to a gui? Do I have the wrong DVD for what I want?

Oh and the server is also running apache.

Well, flash works if we disable all java script in the browser... If I turn scripting back on flash goes away so that is what is so confusing.

Okay if I disable all java script then the flash files show up... Any idea how to make all this work together?

Setting up Web server, PROBLEMS!

Hey, I am trying to set up our web server and we are running Mandrake and Apache. We can't get Flash to display and we can't get a .php page to display... Any ideas would be VERY helpful...

I really like it but I to can't go any higher than 1024x768 and that bugs me... I am going to be buying a new laptop and I want to run Ubuntu on my current Dell so I am trying to figure out all this 3D stuff on the laptop. I guess I'll just keep playing around.
