I used the kernel parameter 'nodmraid' and that did it :) I didn't get the install-page that I told you about but probably the "true" one that really asked for what system to upgrade. and this I really can't understand since the ONE drive is in no RAID system... thank God/Devil for google ...

F12 & "No Drives Found"

Have they removed some SATA drivers in F12 or...? Update: chipset is: ICH5/ICH5R and M/B: MSI 865PE Neo2-PFS http:/...

...It doesn't actually prevent the Ad sites from getting your click, it only prevents you from seeing them. That's not good enough for me. So in the mean time I run my browser through a Squid proxy server and block Ad sites there. hehe so you're like me then :P On my winblow machine I use PeerGuard...

Heck, Fedora 13 is about ready to release... I know :P ...I have been using Google Chrome rather than Firefox for a few months now though. Yeah I read that, but when you first tried FF, did that work without any flaws at all? But OK, if you says it's all OK, then I'm gonna upgrade to F12. Thanks (G...

Any more stability in F12 lately? There gotta be... I tried F12 a couple of months ago and a small thing like FF kept crashing on every other page I tried to look at until later when it wouldn't even start at all since it kept trying to open up the same page, thus making it crash again, and I couldn...

I heard that the boys behind CentOS is arguing about how they want CentOS to keep working or something like that, so I think CentOS is going down the drain :( if nothing big happens. Think I heard this about a year ago, but haven't made any effort to get into it. Maybe that's why their RPM packages ...

Another year and more questions of the same thing :P Since I had problems with my IP being DHCP (in some kind) I've decided to set this new server up using my ISP's STMP server as outgoing server. I found this place: http://cri.ch/linux/docs/sk0009.html and I did points 1.1 to 1.3 and wondering if t...
