Yes you can :) and that's cos iptables is cool. It sure makes the rules easier to read. I have a few and here's and example (taken from: http://www.tweako.com/iptables_explained_part_1_a_tutorial_to_understanding_and_creating_your_own_rules) #/bin/sh #variables first! ipt="/sbin/iptables" ...
Just to be absolutely sure, what type did you use? - Desktop - Minimal Desktop - Minimal - Basic Server - Database Server - Web Server - Virtual Host - Software Development Workstation
Is this a clean CentOS 6 installation? Clean as in just updates and no manual hacks or anything? If so I'll try to set one up and see if I get the same result.
...to know how to put the letters together... because I'm getting crazy here. the letters are(or word/s) 'a lot' and for me 'alot' FF says to me the alot is a spelling error or an invalid word. I've seen both but I need to know what I really should use because I have to be spelling it right, or this...
windoze(or winblows as I call it) can never ever handle a disk it can't read normally. When I got bad disks at work I tell them that winblows can't handle it and then I mount the disk in Linux and do the things I need from there.
I haven't tried this but I read about it once. http://linux.die.net/man/1/foremost To run formost on an image sudo foremost -i image -o /recovery/foremost As far as I've understood it, the /recovery/foremost directory should then hold the files that can be read from the image. Lemme know how it goes...
Then I gotta ask, why did you not use that in the previous versions? and what is the benefit of using it in the first place. Think you even told me to not use that once so I always removed it but now it just won't work. Now I just 'ifup' eth0 and p1p1 from /etc/rc.d/rc.local and that seems to work.
