CentOS4.5(=Redhat Ent 4, I think) and EMail attachments

I just can't get this thing to work, and my all my googling the only thing I found is, that it seems that CentOS 4.5 just can't do it :( I used CentOS 4.5 and not 5 because in 5 I didn't find a working ulogd that worked, and I sure want one so I can check the iptables log in a nice way. no no, I didn't mean that, if you thinks it's ok then I'll tell him and he'll be glad. He just wondered and since I dont have a DSL router, I have no clue but I knew I saw something about this router in here so I figured... why not ask.

I'll try it, but they migrated the email address from the old ISP so they should be able to handle it.

UPDATE: same error occurs whereever I write the "new" address
maybe I do that in the wrong place or it just strips the quotes

If you get it set up like I suggest you should be able to authenticate your smtp connection from any IP address and not be restricted to what you list in /etc/mail/access. Any address you put in there will be for unauthenticated relay addresses (you shouldn't need anything more than "localhost...

oh, btw, is the certificae better, I mean can I use that instead of the IP address in the access file?
My sister is on ADSL and that IP address changes like everytime she logs in.
