Netork probs....

OK, Debian 4 Everything was going smooth, I wanted to reconfigure my network, and I did, it wsa working fine. All of a sudden, I have not connection to the network. After trying many fixes (/etc/init.d/networking restart) activate, deactivate, reactivate...nothing. Ping returns network not reachable...

Not only that, but I'm disgusted that a hospital needs security at all. That's a real indicator of the times we live in, when you have to restrain people who need to be seen by a doctor or thieves praying on the hospitals equipment that is used to save lives.

Would they know if I didn't use any of those things (like access and frontpage) to build and develope it, then put it on thier server anyway? I don't see how they would. It would just mean I would have to work it at home a lot... Blieve me, I ain't gonna, nor do I ever intend to ask for MS help here...

Anyone know of a script that I can put in a web page that will produce a login popup window when a button is pressed, which will check a database for login and password creds, then once verified, move on to the protected content?

I think I have figured out QDVDAuthour...once I got passed it crashing all of the time (it's not fixed, it seems to be something you just have to put up with).
