FC3 and it keeps hanging :(

the last 3 days i got up in the morning(or later maybe ) to see that it just hangs.
i have to reset the computer and restart it and after that it works perfect until the next morning.
no new "jobs" are added that runs in the night in the last 3 days, so that cant be the problem, i think

the message ive seen as the latest on the console is like this:

ata2: command timeout

and i think ive seen ata4 too

this night i did a yum update to get all the latest patches and all, so i hope that will make the machine to feel better

otherwise, have anyone got any clue to what this could be?

I think that's a hard disk controller. Could be that the driver is showing a new longterm bug. Or, your drive and/or controller is failing.

Yup, looks like a drive or controller failing. Might want to check your cables, you could get lucky.

lol... ah well its my luck...

ill check the cables but now when you say it, i think i hear that one disk keeps knocking every minute or so.

ill try to check them so see which one.
