Hmmm, I see a message from a few years ago that indicates it was fully supported under ALSA:

the sound card that goes with it works 100% fine, but i tested the sockets and everything on the drivebay panel and no apparent response can be discerned thanks for the link though, i'll read that and see if there's something i can pursue.
