When I view the network servers in Nautilus I get the following error:
Couldn't display "smb:///", because Nautilus cannot contact the SMB master browser.
Check that an SMB server is running in the local network.
I thought smb was running so I ran "ps aux" and I found this line:
USER PID %CPU %MEM VSZ RSS TTY STAT START TIME COMMAND
root 2901 0.0 0.7 5784 2028 ? S 15:01 0:00 smbd -D
What am I doing wrong?
If this is a difficult question then don't bother trying to answer it because I haven't read the Samba How to. I plan on reading it this weekend if I haven't figured out what is wrong by then.
Thank You.
