apt-rpm upgrade

Hi All,

Not too sure that this is the proper forum for this, but since I got my pointer to it fom the fedora core mail list, I thought I'd put it here.

There have been some major upgrades to apt-rpm including adding the ability to resolve dependencies from .rpm files instaled from local drives or from the 'net. They've also added an interactive apt shell.
