NTFS and a deleted partition

I know this format is a "no-no" but I gotta ask anyhow, cos I know that winblows can't do it.
I have a 10G partition that was "nuked" when installing the crappy OS.
Since that just took 1 second to delete it, the data is still there.

I wonder if anyone here can help me restore that data with the power of Linux?
