Yeah. Some person I know got that virus. They're running around like you said :p I gave em the usualy "thats what you get for using windows" talk Not being affected by viruses is nice

i had a bit of a cold last week but it had nothing to do with linux...

I have been informed by an IT manager of a big univercity down here that
all of this is a Linux issue!.

These worms/virii are created by Linux users no less - to shame and attack
poor micro$oft 'cause they are so big/good.

(Oh - and is he upset 'cause the IT classes are moving to Linux staring 2004!)

AND he then proceeds to try and inform me of the first big virus that
was released last year - that infect Linux - couldn't give me the name
or run down of that though!

Shame - poor billy et. al. - and the anti-virus programs that cannot catch it

Been thinking of how to develop/write a program using Linux - that will run
without a hitch on winbloze - is that at all possible? or does these virus developers
know or do something I don't know about In any case - how to test someting
like this then (or maybe he's confused - and the stuff was developed on a Mac?)

My - feeling? - serves them bloody right!
I cannot for the life of me understand people like this, and how come people
stay with the M$ crap after incidents like these!

But lets wait and see what happens the rest of the month.
