Currently it boots to text mode and i stype startx how do i make it so when i boot i get some kinda grphaical doowhacky with all my window managers there and a login box et c?

PS.
I know this should be another topic but just quickly how do i make my scroll wheel work?
i know its " Zaxismapping "4 5" " or something but where do i put it, i already changed the protocol to IMPS/2.

Open up /etc/initab in vim, change the 'id:3:initdefault:' line to read 'id:5:initdefault:'

Which makes you boot into runlevel 5 rather than 3. IT will start KDM at boot.

yup i did that but the number i changed it to was 4 because in the description it said 5 does whatever 3 does, and the description for 4 is "KDM, GDM or XDM and Xwindows" so i chose that and it works perfect, thanks.
