Just have to hope for it being on the Linux Format cover CD/DVD this month.

I am making an ISO as we speak. If any of you in the US want me to mail it to them, feel free to IM me... If you live outside the US, you better migrate :) (or give me two bucks for the postage!).

This is, of course, so I could get your address and sign you up for less-than-nice magazines.

doogee, what happened to the linuxworld magazines that pc world was making in australia? are they not still on the go? i got red hat and turbolinux free with linuxworld when i was in sydney.

The other two CD's will have been source and a zipslack CD.
May I ask where you're getting slack 9.0 from?

you may, it's yourlinux.co.uk however i recommend you get it from www.thelinuxemporium.co.uk instead. they will not have slack 9.0 in until early next week but they have always given me great service, delivered fast and they always give you as much stuff as possible (like you get all 6 mandrake cds instead of 2 like at other places).

so do you think i should copy the zipslack cd for myself? (i am giving the 8.1 CDs away you see)

also, why does it need to take up a whole CD if it installs to less than 100MB?

Thanks Calum, that's a nice link for me to keep. I usually download Linux stuff but for times when I cant be arsed I can buy stuff from places like there.

With regard to zipslack having it's own CD I am guessing it's just because the distro and source need a whole CD to themselves.

maybe it has 'bigslack' on it. i looked on their site and bigslack looks like it is zipslack, but bigger (ie an umsdos linux that won't fit on a zip disk!)
