Heh heh, Baystar wants it's money back, which if successful would just about bankrupt SCO:

I really wish this could be true, but since im a passive...no...thats not the word(english aint my native language as u may see)...oohh pessimistic i mean...
since im pessimistic i really cant believe that this might happen :(
they will find a way out of this :(

I don't know, their biggest investor wanting their money back sends a pretty strong signal to any other "would be" investors. Even if they can't get their money back (which I doubt they will) SCO can only live so long without investments. They don't really have any product left to sell (who would buy SCO when they sue their customers?). I have no doubt they will die, just how long it will take will be the question. This certainly speeds things up.
