phpBB - Update it NOW!!! (part 2)

There is a flaw in phpBB < 2.0.13 that will give anyone who knows how to exploit it phpBB administrative privileges. The fix is extremely simple:

I know first hand that this can be exploited thanks to one of the "good guys" who is a member of this board and demonstrated that I was vulnerable. Please pass the word along to anyone you know who runs phpBB that they are vulnerable if they are running phpBB less than 2.0.13 or have not applied the fix.
