novell linux desktop and SuSE

whats the difference between NLD and SuSE.... why does novell have both?

NLD is Novell's enterprise desktop. It's not cutting edge and has fewer apps included. It's intended to be more stable and easier to support. It's designed for desktop use in a work environment.

SUSE is more like Fedora, especially now with the OpenSUSE project going. More leading edge software, possible less stable.
