Now honestly, why is it that they all run Winthing? (I noticed one Linux and one Beach Turtle - whatever that is, both dual boot with Winstuff)

It's not just the virus/worm infected Wincrap machine sending out SPAM, it is also choice for botnets:

They should all give "Void's Anti-virus Software" a shot. I did - and no worries.
(Although at the time I didn't know that I was, in fact, using Void's AV)
