Have you had any luck with apt-get for Mandrake and your Red Hat mplayer problems?

There have been very few posts on the MES forums lately indeed, but not only the last few days, it's been like that for a few weeks now, even before the downtime.

well i have just had flu and now i have chickenpox so i am leaving my linux adventures for a while till i get better. i fully plan to write a quick article about apt for mandrake though, and i promised some CLI stuff for newtolinux.org.uk as well (they are looking for real newbie directed tutorials by the way if anybody has some time on their hands)
