It's a wonder nobody else thought of this. Most states and their education budgets are drowning in red ink. And yet here's an intelligent solution that costs $0 to implement and, according to the article, saves $100 million! Since most of the kids (like their parents) don't seem to care what OS is on the computers, it's a total win for the school district.
