It's wierd, it seems to be a little better right now but it was still bad this morning.

this morning it was still slow indeed but now, as you both mentioned, the forums are back to "normal" speed.
Must have been something on your isp's end I guess ...

yep, definitely ok now, though as recently as a couple of hours ago it was still noticeably slow, though not as bad as the past couple of days.
