Lindows version of Xine?

I ran across THIS when trying to get rid of the choppiness when playing DVDs using Ogle or Xine. Found it kind of odd and was wondering what some of you thought about it? HERE is a link to Xine's main page this is mentioned in the news on 30 July 2003

Sounds like another example of Linblows making money off of something you can get for free, at least according to the Xine writeup. I don't really care what they do as long as they don't violate the GPL. It would suck if they were to mislead people for profit though as that would remind me too much of another company that shall remain nameless.

That's the way I feel as well but wanted to see what someone else thought before saying anything.
