What the hell is this oops, i have some "experimental" mram right here, i will post a pic of some. ITS CALLED CORE AND HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE THE 60's

I will explain core memory for the children that whern't brought up by geeks....

Basicly it is a big array of small electromagnets and ferrite beads that, when one is powered it magnatises one and if one is already magnatised it demagnatises and sends pulse down a wire. So they use the same thing to write as to read, but of corse have to remagantise it or demagnatise it after. My dads work had been using it till 1994 when they replaced the old stuff with sun hardware. They liked it because it didnt need to be held up by power. Parhaps IBM's mram is different but they only say its faster because it preloaded.

Maybe not, I was also hoping for more replys to this.
