Data backup to DVD scdbackup/sdvdbackup

I ran across this really nice backup utility. Since I got my new DVD burner I decided to see if there were any good solutions for backing up data to DVD from a shell prompt. Backing up a directory is as simple as "sdvdbackup /home". If there is more data in that directory than will fit on a disc it prompts you to insert another disk when the first is full (it will also warn you before starting of how many discs will be needed). You have a couple of options about how the data is stored. You can have it place the data on the disc so it is accessible directly or you can archive/compress the data onto the disc (system backups, etc). It's quite simple and seems to work great. Check it out:
