yeah i saw that on mandrake's site. they will still operate even though they are in administration, and they seem happy that their expenses are falling and their profits are rising so here's hoping they will go back into the black soon.

I was reading their site a while ago. It seems they were making nice progress until they let the bean counters take charge. Decisions to 'MAXIMIZE PROFIT' seem to have been made - bloody MBAs.

It seems most of their current troubles stem from some bad decisions in the last couple of years. Made by people who do not understand what the GNU/Linux, GPL, OSS community is about.

I wouldnt care to much if Red-Hat and Mandrake died, Id just use Debian and Slackware.
