rh9--really slow bootup

Postby siplus » Fri Apr 18, 2003 2:54 pm

when i boot into redhat9, sendmail and sm-client (whatever that is) take a really long time to start, so either how do i find out what's wrong or, i think would be better, how to i stop them from starting on bootup?

This will prevent it from starting on boot:

# chkconfig sendmail off
