Can i setup quotas on a per group basis. Like, all users in group X are limited to 200 megs or whatever? And the big question, how do i setup quotas?

Yes, you can implement group quotas. Here is the reference on how to set it up in the Red Hat manual:

http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linu ... uotas.html
http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linu ... aging.html

okay. so i misunderstood what assigning a quota to a group would do. So instead, i am assigning on a per user basis.
