I have one last question about my server.

Everything is working just fine however I cannot send E-mail to any accounts on the server on any domain. The test account settings in Outlook run fine with no errors.

When I send an E-mail to any account through msn.com it immediately returns an undeliverable message. I noticed when I create an account in WHM a new dns zone is created. There is one for mail as well. In the mail entry there is nothing. All the fields are empty and there is nothing set. Is this normal?
