i need a program that can take out a short clip of a song (MP3). Any recommendations?
I shall begin my quest at freshmeat as always, just wonderin if theres any you prefer.

well i tried audacity and havent gotten it installed yet as a result of not having "libiconv.so.2" which i cant find. But i used cutmp3 to nicely cut clips out of pulp fiction to play when starting and exiting KDE

do keep me updated on any sound stuff in linux as i haven't a clue but would really like to know.
