i want to change that to php + postgresql.

I am trying to install phpbb, and i have postgresql 7.* and some sort of php installed. Now when i try installing phpbb it says that php doesnt like postgresql. Is there some package i must install to do this?
Its on slackware

Yeah, it's called MySQL. :) I'm a big PostgreSQL fan but I ended up installing phpBB on MySQL just so I didn't have to fight it.

ah, i recalled that you prefer postgresql and thats why i was trying it instead of mysql..... and i thought i was doing it to miss fighting with mysql....

....back to trying to get it to work with mysql.... i'll be back
