You probably want to do a little more research but a quick search that I just did would indicate you probably have a corrupt table and probably need to run a repair on it:

Has your machine ever been shut down or powered off uncleanly (without first shuuting down MySQL at least)?

Once, but mysql was shutdown, it was when I thought I had lost everything and went insane for the night and hit the main circuitbreaker, powering down everything.

Ok, that was fixed simple enough.

Looks like the old harddrive is fscked, im going to make a loopback cryptoloop and migrate what I can and restore backups.

Okay the harddisk has been fscked but I dont trust it, I have a safe backup, I will migrate the database and stuff to a loopback cryptoloop.

Right now I am going to bed because I am filled with painkillers and getting lightheaded.
