SYNOPSIS
       netdev.set_promiscuity

VALUES
       dev_name
           The device that is entering/leaving promiscuity mode

       enable
           If the device is entering promiscuity mode

       inc
           Count the number of promiscuity openers

       disable
           If the device is leaving promiscuity mode
