The Linux Agora
Posted: Sun Jun 05, 2005 3:32 pm
Hello folks here at VM's website. A friend and I are starting a new Linux forum, The Linux Agora
. At this point we only have three registered users, and I'd appreciate if you dropped by from time to time to enrich the discussion. Another reason would be that we simply do not have the expertise to answer peoples' questions, once those appear.

In the first place, I'd like to thank Void Main for joining the Linux Agora team, or at least registering and looking around.
Second, I'd like to inform you and apologise at the same time, because The Linux Agora has moved to http://www.readybb.com/linuxagora
The old forum will be deleted in a few hours.

The requested URL /linuxagora. was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Seems like it not up quite yet
Okay, just edit your link and remove the "period".
Didn't see it when I clicked the link and noticed it when proof-reading my post for typos.

I just fixed it for them.

I changed the link in the first post too.

Is the site now gone?

Sorry, missed that. In retrospect:
Umm, the site collapsed because of a "disagreement" between me and BB. I made a rather stupid joke concerning the fact that by giving me full access to the backend of the new fora, he also gave me access to his personal information stored on the server (name, address - not much more).
Since then, I haven't heard from him. He deleted me from his life and is successfully ignoring all my attempts at communication. I just tried to write him again yesterday... I don't think he even gets the mail. If he does, he prolly just deletes it.

Wow, talking about a sad excuse to make the site collapse!

If you mean me: I had no power over the site itself...
It was there one day, it was not the other.
